Dr. Carlie is committed to providing her clients with the highest quality botanical products available on the market. Our botanicals are tested in a Quality Control Laboratory for identity and purity. Each step ensures a premium quality herbal dietary supplement. No additives, fillers, or preservatives. Our products are grown, processed, and packaged in the USA. CBD products are third party tested for safety and potency.
Dr. Carlie offers options for both labeled and unlabeled products. We can ship the products to you unlabeled, allowing you to apply your own labels. With digital images of your CBD labels in PDF format, we can print and apply them to your products for you for a $10 fee per case. All other non-CBD products including bath and body, functional teas, and herbal supplements, we will need the physical labels shipped to us to apply them for you, a fee of $10 per case applies. A: Sell our products under your own brand and labeling. This is a convenient way to enter the wellness marketplace with quality products and minimal cost and effort. No changes or modifications are allowed, and minimum quantity orders (12 count/1 case for teas, bath and body, and herbal supplements) (36 count/3 cases for CBD) are required.
A: Monaco offers options for both labeled and unlabeled products. We do not design labels for you. However, we do provide label templates to be used by your label designer. We can ship the products to you unlabeled, allowing you to apply your own labels. If you would like us to apply your labels for you, we will need the physical labels shipped to us and we will apply them for a fee of $10 per case (for teas, supplements, and bath and body only).
For CBD products only, you can send us your label PDF files and they can be printed and applied for $10 per case.
A: Full payment is required before your order can be processed. Partial payments are not accepted. After adding your products to your cart select checkout to input your billing and shipping information.
A: If you would like for us to apply your labels to teas, supplements, and/or bath and body products, please email us at hello@drcarlie.com to receive an invoice for $10 per case of labels to be applied. The shipping address to send the labels will be provided after the invoice has been processed.
For CBD labels to be applied, please email us at hello@drcarlie.com to receive an invoice for $10 per case of labels to be applied. Once the invoice is processed, email us your labels in PDF format and we will print and apply your labels to your CBD products before shipping.
A: Your products will ship within 5 business days from order date if unlabeled. If we are applying your labels, your products will ship within 5 business days from receiving your label shipment. Depending on the quantity of items in your order, your order may be delayed if additional materials are needed to fulfil your order. We do not keep a large inventory of products to ensure optimal freshness and quality. If you want to know if your order is fully stocked prior to ordering your products, please email hello@drcarlie.com with the details of your order. We will respond within 48 hours to let you know if your products are in stock and ready to ship.
A: Yes, all products are tested by a 3rd party ISO certified lab. You will receive the lab results by email or with your order shipment.

A: Yes, your COA provided by a 3rd party lab will be emailed to you or shipped with your CBD products.
